STEP 1:

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Each client will begin with an assessment. This will help determine the starting point in your training program as TRW™ works with clients from all fitness levels.  Your health is a personal journey and deserves detailed attention. In the initial assessment we will:

PERSONALIZED PROGRAM 

BUILDING

TRW™ is not a "one size fits all" brand.  We build programs based on a deep understanding of your needs & desires. Each workout is designed to strengthen, mobilize, and eliminate imbalances in the body which your body will love & feel through becoming stronger and more fit for your everyday life.  All sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes.

DYNAMICS

Every session begins with TRW™ Dynamics.  The dynamics are the secret key to better performance in your workouts.  This will help to activate and raise the temperature of your muscles proactively reducing any risk of injury.

DOSAGE

From here, the workout plan will be further personalized to meet your goals.  Whether that is to increase your energy, lose weight, get in shape, become more flexible or any goal that will add value to your life!  Your plan will be built to fit YOU and your lifestyle.  Perhaps you're feeling lower back pain or a sore knee after a long day in the office?  We'll address those issues and accommodate for them right away!

WHERE TO FIND US

TRW™ hosts training sessions in the comfort of your own home, local park, private gym or even your workplace during lunch hour!  We are based out of Houston, TX however we do service surrounding areas as well. We have taken the business mobile so that we may be of the utmost convenience to you.  Bring your yoga mat & leave all of the rest to us!
