The Right Way Training™ focuses on the mind, body & heart of each of our clients.  We take care of your body as if it were our own which sets us apart from your average personal training program. Our plan for you will be built specifically around your needs, goals, and desires.  Finally, a true personal experience!  If you are training to lose weight, you don't want to feel miserable as you work towards your goal and you shouldn't have to.  How long will that training last?  You'll never meet your goal that way.  If you build upon a positive yet uphill experience, you will continue to train and push through not only because you know that you need it, but because you want to.  By training effectively and consistently, healthier habits are formed and this is where the life changes really kick in!  Now that is training THE RIGHT WAY!

Kane Bryant

As an expert trainer and health enthusiast, Kane has developed a reputation of having a keen eye for detail, and a strong display of discipline & determination.

I have been called "The Fitness Nerd", and I have learned to embrace it. By utilizing a combination of my expertise and knowledge of biomechanics and personal experience, I have assembled a comprehensive results-driven program here.  I attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and received my Bachelors of Science and a minor in Spanish (yes, I said Spanish 😄).  I played a big part in the health & fitness world there as I trained athletes at the university. However, I have experience transforming the lives of people from all walks of life.  I've been blessed to lead clients whom have lost 40lbs, others who have eliminated

10-year knee pain, and many teens who have achieved  athletic scholarships.  I take pride in my work and removing any barriers that keeps the TRW family from thriving like they deserve.
